About the event
On Sunday, April 26th, join us for Breath & Brew, the fifth event in our Community Yoga Events series. This 2.5-hour gathering explores classic pranayama techniques including Nadi Shodhana, Kapalabhati, and Ujjayi, led step-by-step for both seasoned practitioners and beginners. The class closes with a mindfulness meditation on the breath before we come together for a relaxed tea service featuring kombucha, herbal brews, and delicate pastries.
Guided by Guillaume Basso (500-Hour Certified Sampoorna Hatha Yoga teacher) and hosted by Abby Jayne DeAngelo (Director of Adage Ballet Academy), this event blends depth, accessibility, and community connection, offering both practice and nourishment.
Our Community Yoga Events run from October through June. While Flow into Brunch, Trataka: Candlelit Yoga, Hatha & Hot Cocoa, and Sound Bath Meditation have passed, two final celebrations remain: Breath & Brew and Nada Yoga & Live Harp. Individual tickets are still available for these closing events.
