About the event
Adage Ballet Academy proudly presents Spring Showcase: The Sleeping Beauty – Aurora’s Wedding, a new one-act adaptation inspired by the broader fairy-tale universe of Charles Perrault.
Beautifully staged at just over one hour in length, this production is a perfect introduction to ballet — designed for audiences of all ages. Families with young children are especially encouraged to attend and experience the joy and wonder of a professional-level classical ballet performance, brought to life primarily by student dancers.
This showcase is the culminating performance of Adage Ballet Academy’s 2025–2026 season, featuring our students alongside special guest artists, including dancers from Olympic Ballet Theatre, Adage Ballet Academy faculty member Emily Berry, and an out-of-town guest artist for leading character roles. Together, they bring a choreographic richness and imagination to the stage — celebrating ballet as both art and storytelling.
