Pre-Season Conditioning Workshop

Return to Training | August 31 - September 4, 2026

 

The Pre-Season Conditioning Workshop helps dancers return to the studio safely after the summer break and prepare for a strong, healthy training year. Through technique, conditioning, and yoga, students rebuild placement, posture, alignment, strength, and body awareness before academic classes begin, allowing them to re-enter the season with confidence, focus, and healthier movement habits.

Program Information

Adage Ballet Academy’s Pre-Season Conditioning Workshop is designed for intermediate and advanced dancers looking to improve their flexibility, strength, control, stamina, flow, focus, and coordination. This workshop will introduce you to new ways to enhance your overall performance and provide a deeper understanding of body awareness.

Guillaume Basso (RYT 500) has created a unique regimen for physical conditioning for dancers that is keenly aware and respectful of human anatomy. Our techniques help in injury prevention, muscle coordination, posture, performance, range of motion, and overall mental health.
