Adage Ballet Academy’s Pre-Season Conditioning Workshop is designed for all level dancers looking to improve their flexibility, strength, control, stamina, flow, focus, and coordination. This workshop will introduce you to new ways to enhance your overall performance and provide a deeper understanding of body awareness.

Guillaume Basso (RYT 500) has created a unique regimen for physical conditioning for dancers that is keenly aware and respectful of human anatomy. Our techniques help in injury prevention, muscle coordination, posture, performance, range of motion, and overall mental health.

Registration is determined on a first come, first served basis.

Space is limited to provide individual attention.

Requirements:

Audition is not required to attend the Pre-Season Conditioning Workshop, however if you are a new dancer to ABA, you will be required to attend a trial class so we can determine if you are the proper level for placement in the workshop. This workshop is for dancers ages 12+ who have at least 3 years of professional ballet training.

Contact us with any questions prior to submitting your application.

Please Note:

There is limited space in the Pre-Season Conditioning Workshop to ensure small class sizes and personal attention. We may not be able to accommodate everyone who applies and will be considering acceptance on a first-come-first-served basis.
