Pre-Season Conditioning Workshop

Return to Training
The Pre-Season Conditioning Workshop helps dancers return to the studio safely after the summer break and prepare for a strong, healthy training year. Through technique, conditioning, and yoga, students rebuild placement, posture, alignment, strength, and body awareness before academic classes begin, allowing them to re-enter the season with confidence, focus, and healthier movement habits.
Winter Variations Workshop

Discover the Repertoire
The Winter Variations Workshop is a five-day mini-intensive designed for dancers who want to keep training during the holiday break while diving into classical and contemporary repertoire. This is a rare opportunity to keep dancing over the holidays, stay in shape to prepare for auditions or competitions, and receive detailed coaching in a fun, challenging studio environment.
Spring Break Pointe Workshop

Build Confidence on Pointe
The Spring Break Pointe Workshop is a mini-intensive for intermediate and advanced dancers who want a focused week of pointe training before the summer season. Because many students do not dance on pointe every day during the academic year, this workshop gives dancers a chance to build strength, confidence, and consistency in pointe shoes to prepare for the pace and physical demands of summer intensive training.
